We expertly manage shore-to-ship communication, confirm ceremony and reception details, and ensure all onboard wedding and event management arrangements are meticulously organized before you set sail. Enjoy up to 8 hours of consultation with both the couple and the cruise line to coordinate all aspects of the ceremony, including subsequent events such as the reception dinner.

Perfect for couples seeking ongoing expert guidance throughout the destination wedding planning process. In addition to cruise wedding coordination, this option includes wedding design support, budget planning, timeline development, and vendor recommendations. Through scheduled consultations, we help bring your vision to life while confirming all planning details in advance, ensuring your destination wedding or onboard event is well-organized and stress-free.  

One confirmed consultation with you via telephone or virtual meeting per month.  

Assistance in budget determination and breakdown as needed.  

Discussion of theme, color, style, and complete wedding design.  

Research wedding professionals in each category that fit your event style and budget, while providing suggestions and guidance in making the final selections. This includes save the dates, invitations, flowers, bride and groom attire, guests' attire, welcome bags and their content, and decorations.  

Research and discuss ceremony options, assisting in obtaining items needed for the selected ceremonies.  

Attendance at 8 vendor appointments of your choice, virtually.  

Up to 10 additional hours of professional consultation time throughout the wedding event management process.  

Confirmation and follow-up with all suppliers and/or service providers 1-2 weeks prior to Wedding Day.  

NOTE: You can add an additional event consultant for a fee.

Designed for couples seeking expert cruise wedding coordination, our service provides a dedicated professional on-site to manage your wedding or event day. Your coordinator collaborates directly with onboard event teams, photographers, and service providers to oversee timelines, ceremonies, receptions, and special celebrations. This destination wedding planning option allows you to relax and enjoy every moment while we ensure everything runs smoothly.

Arrive at the port early to assist the couple (not the entire guest list) with on-boarding. Attend, with the couple, the meeting with the onboard event coordinator to ensure all areas confirmed by the cruise line are properly addressed. Join the couple in the meeting with the Photography manager. We develop a detailed wedding timeline for the entire day and work closely with the onboard event coordinator to ensure a stress-free experience. Our wedding event management includes coordinating with the Photography manager to guarantee that all desired picture locations are honored.

We also offer wedding rehearsal coordination and supervision (up to 2 hours, if applicable). Enjoy on-board coordination and supervision at the ceremony site and during the reception for a maximum of 6 hours on your wedding day. With the couple’s approved USB recording, we ensure that music is played according to their preferences at both the ceremony and reception. 

NOTE: The couple will identify a liaison to assist the coordinator and sign off on the following:

- Assist with setting up the Sail-away party.

- Help with placement and removal of decorations at dinner and during the reception on the day of the event.

- Aid in the placement and removal of ceremony decorations/items at the venue on the event day.

- Assist with the placement and removal of wedding cake decorations on the day of the event. 

For an additional fee, you can add an extra event manager on-site for your wedding day. We also provide Officiant and Notary services (for Florida residents only) for a fee, which includes a personalized ceremony created and presented, with pre-approval from the couple, as well as notarization of the wedding license during the event.
