A Family Legacy of Travel and Service

My name is Nazy Ramallo Sierra. A proud wife, mother of two, and matriarch of the Sierra family, I've been fortunate to build a life surrounded by love and adventure. Our family's legacy in travel began in 1983 when my father, Roman Ramallo, gifted me a travel agency for my high school graduation. His unwavering belief in entrepreneurship, instilled in him by his large, tight-knit family, ignited a passion within me that continues to fuel my work today.

I vividly recall our family's countless journeys to Central and South America,  the Caribbean Islands, and  Europe. These experiences ignited my love for exploration and fueled my desire to curate unforgettable experiences for others. My parents' resilience and determination, forged through their immigration experience, instilled in me a strong work ethic and a commitment to helping others.

While my love for travel was evident, I also harbored a passion for education. I pursued a Master's degree and spent 16 years as a classroom teacher working with Kindergarten to 12th-grade students. Even during this time, I continued to operate the travel agency, transitioning to a remote business model thanks to the power of the internet.

Our Serendipitous Journey into Wedding Planning

During our 30th wedding anniversary cruise on the MSC Seaside, we were captivated by the beauty of Ocean Cay. Amidst the stunning backdrop of pristine beaches and turquoise waters, we envisioned one of our son's weddings.

In June 2022, our dream became a reality as our eldest son, Philip, married Stephanie on the very island that had inspired us. The magical setting, coupled with the seamless planning and execution, ignited our passion for destination weddings. Stephanie and I became Certified Wedding Planners to best assist with the needs of our couples. 

Since then, we've had the privilege of planning over 30 unforgettable destination weddings on various cruise lines. Our commitment to personalized service, attention to detail, and expertise in navigating the complexities of destination weddings has earned us a reputation as leading experts in the field.
