 Nazy Ramallo-Sierra is a Senior Travel Advisor and Certified Wedding & Event Planner with over 40 years of experience in the travel industry. In the industry since 1984, she is a business owner, entrepreneur, and seasoned educator with more than four decades of teaching experience and holds a Master of Science in Education (MSEd). She is also the co-founder of Events by Sun Coast. 

Nazy is CLIA CCC certified, a Diamond Pinnacle Agent 3 consecutive years, and a four-time First Place award winner with MSC Cruises, recognizing her leadership and expertise in cruise and destination travel planning. She specializes in destination cruise weddings, group travel, luxury travel, and event-focused travel planning, bringing expert guidance, meticulous organization, and personalized service to every client experience.

 Stephanie Gonzalez Sierra is a Senior Associate Agent and Certified Wedding & Event Planner with over five years of experience in the travel industry and co-founder of Events by Sun Coast. She holds a Master of Science in Education (MSEd) and brings more than 10 years of experience as an educator, allowing her to guide clients with clarity, organization, and care throughout the planning process.

Stephanie proudly holds a special place in Sun Coast history as the first bride to be married on Ocean Cay for Sun Coast, giving her a unique, firsthand perspective on destination cruise weddings and group event travel. Her personal experience, combined with her professional expertise, enables her to thoughtfully support couples and groups in creating seamless, meaningful, and unforgettable celebrations.

 Albert is a Senior Booking Agent and an Associate Agent with Sun Coast Travel and Events by Sun Coast, specializing in Walt Disney World, Universal Studios. He also works on group travel and onboard cruise weddings. He supports clients throughout the entire wedding planning process—from initial concept to flawless execution—bringing strong attention to detail and a commitment to creating seamless, unforgettable celebrations.

With over 25 years of customer service experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Albert has worked across retail, public service, school administration, hotel management, and office management. He also specializes in cruise travel planning, taking pride in designing personalized vacations that meet each client’s unique needs while delivering exceptional service from start to finish.

 Pamela Jaffe is an Associate Agent with Sun Coast Travel Agency who specializes in cruise travel planning, group cruises, multi-generational family travel, and Jewish destination cruise weddings. She combines expert travel consulting services with a deep respect for Jewish traditions, kosher travel needs, and religious observance, creating customized travel experiences for individuals, families, and groups. Pamela holds a Master of Science in Communication Disorders, a background that strengthens her ability to communicate clearly, anticipate traveler needs, and manage the many moving parts of complex travel planning and logistics.

Pamela manages every detail—from cruise reservations and itinerary planning to kosher dining arrangements and seamless destination logistics. Vincent has led NV Entertainment LLC for over 40 years, producing weddings across the NYC tri-state area and Central Florida. As both a wedding entertainer and destination wedding travel advisor, he delivers a unique blend of entertainment and travel expertise. Darleen brings over 20 years of hospitality experience, specializing in organization, logistics, and guest experience. Working behind the scenes, she has played a key role in executing high-end weddings with meticulous attention to detail.
