We will...
- negotiate a group rate from the cruise line for your group.
- work with you and your guest on payment plans if needed.
- create/monitor your Google form & book all of your guests as they complete the form.
- respond to questions based on the sailing and amenity options.
- create and monitor Facebook page for event/wedding (optional).
- guide you (the Client) on best practices as far as the event/ceremony is concerned.
- complete the reservation form for the event/ceremony and submit it to cruise line.
- reserve group pricing at local hotels and arrange for transportation if needed for guest arriving prior to sail date.
- at 60 days prior to departure - complete the event/wedding requests along with you and submit to the cruise line for processing.
- at 60-90 days prior to departure (depending on final payment date), with your assistance, ensure all guests have completed their final payment.
- at 15-30 days prior to departure, with your assistance, ensure all guests have completed their online check in.
- at 15-30 days prior to departure assist you in completing the dining form and submit to cruise line for processing.
- at 7-15 days prior to departure ensure all guests receive their etickets (unless you have hired us to mail the tickets out to your guests. Fee is $15 per cabin plus shipping fees)
