 This option is ideal for couples who want professional assistance coordinating directly with the cruise line while handling most of their planning independently. We manage shore-to-ship communication, confirm ceremony and reception details, and ensure all onboard wedding and event arrangements are properly organized before you sail. This service provides expert guidance and peace of mind as your destination wedding or cruise event approaches. 

• Up to 8 hours of consultation with the couple and with the cruise line. 
• Coordinate all aspects of the ceremony and subsequent events such as reception dinner etc.

NOTE: Additional hours can be added for a fee. 

Perfect for couples seeking ongoing expert guidance throughout the planning process. In addition to cruise line coordination, this option includes wedding design support, budget planning, timeline development, and vendor recommendations. Through scheduled consultations, we help bring your vision to life while confirming all planning details in advance, ensuring your destination wedding or onboard event is well-organized and stress-free. 

• One confirmed consultation with you via telephone or virtual meeting per month. 
• Assistance in budget determination and breakdown as needed. 
• Discussion of theme, color, style and complete wedding design. 
• Research wedding professionals in each category that fit your event style and budget, and provide you with suggestions and guidance in making the final selections. To include save the dates, invitations, flowers, bride and groom attire, guests' attire, Welcome bags and their content, decorations. 
• Research and discuss ceremony options, assist in obtaining items needed for the selected ceremonies.
• Attendance at 8 vendor appointments of your choice, virtually.
• Up to 10 additional hours of professional consultation time throughout the planning process.
• Confirmation and follow-up with all suppliers and/or service providers 1-2 weeks prior to Wedding Day. 

NOTE: Can add an additional event consultant for a fee. 

Designed for couples who want a dedicated professional onsite to manage their wedding or event day. Your coordinator works directly with onboard event teams, photographers, and service providers to oversee timelines, ceremonies, receptions, and special celebrations. This option allows you to relax and enjoy every moment while we ensure everything runs smoothly.

• Arrive at the port early to assist the couple (not the entire guest list) with on-boarding.
• Attend, with the couple, the meeting with onboard event coordinator to ensure all areas confirmed by cruise line are followed.
• Attend, with the couple, the meeting with the Photography manager.
• Development of a detailed wedding timeline for the entire day and work with onboard event coordinator to maximize a stress-free day.
• Coordinate and work with Photography manager to ensure all the picture locations desired by the couple are adhered to.  
• Wedding Rehearsal coordination and supervision (2 hours maximum), if applicable. 
• On-board coordination and supervision at the ceremony site and during the reception for a maximum of 6 hours on the day of your event/wedding.
• With couples approved USB recording, we will assure music is played per the couple’s wishes at the ceremony and the reception.
• NOTE: couple will identify a liaison that will assist coordinator and sign off on all the following. 

                        o Assist with setting up Sail-away party. 

                        o Assist with placement & removal of decorations at dinner & reception day of event.

                        o Assist with placement & removal of ceremony decoration/items at location day of event. 

                        o Assist with placement & removal of wedding cake decorations day of event. 

• Can add an additional event manager, on site, the day of the wedding for a fee.  
• Can add Officiant and Notary (Florida Residents only) service for a fee.

                         o Personalized ceremony created and presented, pre-approved by the couple. 

                         o Notarization of wedding license. (Notary services only for a fee)

From the early planning stages to execution onboard, we manage communication, logistics, timelines, and final details. This option is ideal for couples looking for a concierge-level wedding planning experience for their cruise wedding.  This option includes all services of Option 1, 2, and Option 3 listed above.
